At the World Trade Center in Dubai for the fifth time


Up to now it has been the most visited trade fair on Astoria’s international calendar:  Gulfood continues to expand its audience and increase the numbers of exhibitors, so much so that in 2013 there were hundreds of companies left on a waiting list, including lots of Italian enterprises. Astoria confirmed its presence for the fifth year in a row at the expo in Dubai, which was held from the 25th to the 28th of last February. It is one of the most outstanding international events in the agriculture and food sector, with industry insiders coming not only from the United Arab Emirates but also from throughout the Middle East, including India, Pakistan and parts of Africa.

Coffee, what a passion. As with any pleasure, the key is in moderation. Healthy daily caffeine intake varies from individual to individual, but to define the concept of moderate consumption you could keep in mind that one espresso contains an average of 80 mg of caffeine, which allows for drinking 3-5 cups a day without the risk of superseding a recommended daily dose.
