Caleb Cha was one of the three Champions who, last week, performed at the Astoria stand of HostMilano, wowing other baristas and enthusiasts with performances worthy of his World Champion title, earned in Shangai in 2015.
The perfect execution of his most famous and beloved creative and technical patterns were made possible by the dry steam produced by Storm, Astoria’s new coffee machine launched in Milan, which makes cappuccino foam the perfect ingredient for the masterpieces of Latte Art. Indeed, Storm features innovative technology which keeps steam “dry” thanks to two heaters mounted in the wand, which yield foam great stability, even for prolonged performance.
Butterflies, tigers, fish, peacocks, zebras, dragons and fairies – these are just some of the wonderful patterns that the Fair’s visitors were not only able to admire, but also attempt to replicate treasuring Caleb’s tips and guide.
Caleb has shown great humor even during the friendly challenge with Arnon Thitiprasert, the defending Champion, which earned him the fun title of #Kingoftheday.
