In the past few weeks we anticipated some aspects of the #StreetsOfBudapest project, that will lead Astoria to the World of Coffee from June 13th to 15th as official sponsor of the World Latte Art and World Coffee In Good Spirits Championships.
In this brief article we are revealing a preview of the first three designs of Plus4Champions, the official espresso machine of the Championships, created by thirteen different artists, who made the Streets of Budapest project come alive.

The first graphics, from which the project logo was taken, was conceived by Cento Canesio, who was great at matching lettering and graphic design, merging the city of Budapest (the buildings and the underground) with the coffee world (the cups and the beans).

Soler‘s vision of the Hungarian capital instead is different: here everything is coloured in yellow and blue. The protagonists are the most important buildings of the city, together with a tribute to the inventor of the Rubik cube, who was born here.
This third design is a re-elaboration by
Luca Zamoc of the Hungarian national emblem, that synthesizes all the main national symbols, including the capital, which was once one of the two centres of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
