Last March 4th and 5th, the city of Glasgow hosted ScotHot, the major trade fair for the food, drink and hospitality sector in Scotland. Astoria attended the event with their local distributor, Espresso Services.
For the occasion of ScotHot, the most talented baristas from the United Kingdom challenged each other during the championship finals for the UK Barista Championship. Glasgow also served as the stage for the best Italian espresso: at the Espresso Services stand, a Plus4You TS with 3 brew groups served excellent espressos to the public at the fair; a Pratic Avant and a black/chrome Sabrina were also on display.
