Astoria, in association with Bar Service Srl, held a Caffetteria course for baristas on November 25th and 26th, at the Salefino Ristocafé in Terni.
The course covered the history of coffee and included detailed information on the final product as well as the ideal conditions and equipment needed to make a proper espresso coffee.
Specialists demonstrated the proper use of equipment (coffee machines and grinder), underscoring the most important elements required to obtain a genuine Espresso Italiano. There were also practical tests on the preparation of espresso, cappuccinos and latte art.
Everyone who took part in the course received a certificate of participation.
